We offer several options to provide flexibility to our partners in the event of an unplanned student withdrawal:

  • Full refund within 24 hours of activation
  • Freeze an account and reactivate it later for the same student if they rejoin at a later date
  • Transfer a used account to a new student (in its used state)
  • Apply a Q-Bank reset on a used account for a new student (the used account will still have the remaining access duration from the previous user but all questions will be restored to an unused state)
